Chapter Two
“Tosh can you….” Jack croaked “Can you find him”
“I’ll check”
Jack waited trying to be patient he’d wish Tosh will hurry up.
“What do you think his going to do” Owen asked Gwen but he didn’t think Gwen was listening.
“I’ve found him, he works with his father in his shop. His a tailor” Tosh called
“Great thanks Tosh, come on you two” he called to Gwen and Owen

“What are we going to do Jack?” Owen called
“I need to see him, Maybe… Maybe he can fix this”
“He would’nt know who we are Jack” Gwen said He gave her a look that told her to not to say out more.
“That’s right so we are going to say we are police, I need to get to him”
They arrived at the tailors and the sign on the shop front was Jones and Son Jack smiled to himself.
Gwen took the lead and walked into the shop
“Hello” Call the man from behind the counter looking very smart
“Hello I’m DI Gwen Cooper, this is DS Owen Harper and this is cap” Jack cut her off.
“DCI Jack Harkness” Jack Smiled
“I’m Mr Jones and may I say that’s strange coat for a police officer”
“We would like to speak to Ianto Jones please” called Gwen
“Why what has he done?” Mr Jones asked with a worried tone
“Nothing, There was a accident this morning we want to know if he saw anything” Gwen said.
“This way”
Jack turn to Owen and Gwen “Stay here”
Mr Jones lead Jack into store room where Ianto was stocking up. He introduced Jack to Ianto and left them too it.
“Strange coat for a policeman” Ianto said with a smile
“I like this Coat” Jack said
“It is a very nice coat”
They smiled at each other what seem like for ever before Ianto spoke
“So officer”
“Jack please”
“Ok! Jack what can I do for you”
Jack made up some story that he knew Ianto would know thing about it. After Jack finish talking Ianto apologised and said he couldn’t help him.
Jack Thanked Ianto for his time and was heading to the door when he said “Would like to go out to dinner with me”
“Yes!” said Ianto too quickly “I mean that would be nice” he smiled.
“Ok I’ll meet you here tomorrow night say 8pm” Jack walked out the door smiling but would it be the same, would Ianto be the same.
oh god Ianto thought what the hell was doing his just met this man and his going on a date with him his first with a man.
But it felt right to Ianto and he was looking forward to that date.
